Review!

This third book in the Fallen series by Lauren Kate was amazing!!! Luce is on a mission of the heart and she is looking into most of her past lives, with an unsuspected helper, Bill. He is what the Angels and Demons call a Scale and he is helping Luce with her mission.

I usually stay away from books that take place in the past, I don't like the past aspect. Its filled with words I don't understand and unfamiliar places. Instead of shying away from this book like I usually would, I embraced it. I absolutely loved it!!

Sure, it was all over the place as Luce and Daniel traveled. Then there was the figuring out the personalities of the other Lucinda's, but it was a really good book!

You see Luce evolve over her travels, shes still the stubborn Luce but with more consequence. She changes as she goes through the past, seeing herself die and die again. Then watching Daniels reactions of her deaths are heart-wrenching. Luce keeps traveling through the Announcers, growing and growing, till she goes 3D and then that's a surprise... But I'm gonna stop there till I give away more

There's Daniel, who is following Luce through the past and being a bit on the reckless side. He knows the consequences but those don't matter too much to him. He just wants her back in his arms, safe and sound. You see him remembering his past lives and feeling the pain all over again. He grows stronger though, and is remembering the places and things he forgot.

All in all the book was good! The way it was written was the right way to write a book like that. I give it 40 out of 51 tacos all in all!! Great job Lauren Kate!! Look out for the next book in the Fallen series Rapture coming soon!! Now off to read 5 books in the next 4 days before my flight to New York!!

I love this book. I know I'm going to end up saying that a lot, but it's true. This book is... Wow. Simply amazing.

It brings you into the dystopian world of Portland, Maine. Love is what the US government has claimed as wrong with the world, what has sent it into this awful stage. The deliria. Looking into this world it seems so awful, so... emotionless.
The characters are awesome, Lena an amazing MC. She's not that overly courageous girl, nor the rich one with everything. She's just a girl. She just seems average, someone who will follow in the footsteps that everyone before her has. Lena's stronger than that though. At least, she needs to be for the wild ride that you need to read.
Alex is... Hot. Or that's the way I envision him. He is one of the best male roles I have read in a while, and not because he has a bad boy persona, or that snarky cocky attitude. He's sweet and caring, everything you know you should want out of a guy, instead of the trouble makers that we always seem to be after. In a way, Alex could even give Jace Waylnd a run for his money. Not that I would ever compare them or anything.

All in all, this book was outstanding. I totally give this 49 out of 51 tacos, and I can't tell you why because it would be a major spoiler, as if I haven't hinted at some of them already. Now go off and read this wonderful novel why I go grab Lauren Oliver's other novel Before I Fall. Or maybe I could just read Harry Potter, since the last movie is coming out in exactly a month...

I know, I know, I should've posted this a little sooner, but I enjoy my summer. While it's still here, that is.
I found Angelfire to be an odd yet delightful read. Normally I'm not a big paranormal reader, but I was told that this was awesome, and they were right. Ellie was really brave and head strong, although she did have her weak moments. She was learning everything right along with us, and those feelings of weakness made her feel more human, more like us. Will was... Awesome. The brave hot guys always are. He has the entire mysterious thing going on throughout the book, and I'm hoping in the sequel there's more of him. Not that we didn't see plenty in this one.  They did do some stupid stuff that I wouldn't have done, things always worked out in the end.
At least, I hope so.
The writing was good, the plot didn't drag... I liked it. There was a lot of fight scenes though, especially at the end. But that is totally expected when your heroine is an awesome demon killing... thing. If it were a movie I would give it 40 out of 51 tacos, which is hard to achieve.

"Would you risk your life for love?" This question is on the cover of the book, and it’s defiantly answered! My.Oh.My! This book was amazing, just the right amount of paranormal fiction and love for me! A job well done Amy Plum!

Let’s start with Kate! She has just lost her parents and to say she’s heart-broken is an understatement! She is crushed and really doesn’t know what to do with herself. At the beginning of the book, she’s this scared girl who doesn’t really know what to do with herself! Yet, she meets an interesting person and she blossoms into this grownup 17 year old who can take down anything that stands in her way!

Then there’s Vincent! OHMIGOSH!! Yes my screaming fan girl comes out! He is everything you would want in a guy all wrapped up in one. Handsome, chivalrous, sexy, and a little or maybe a lot, dangerous! He is this mysterious French man Kate meets in a little cafe that Kate likes. He immediately draws her attention and then boom! She gets thrown into his world!

I absolutely love this book! It’s another one that is going onto my shelf to read again! I hope there will be a sequel so we can continue on with the story! It is worth it to read and if you’re looking for a laugh, or just some romance, then this is the book for you!! Enjoy!!
